Mind Body Medicine via Zoom

June 17 @ 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

If you and/or someone you know is interested in learning a mindfulness tools for stress reduction and increased well-being, I will be offering a 4 week group by Zoom on Mondays in June (the 3rd through the 24th) from 4:30-6 or 6:30, depending on the size of the group.  If you have any questions, I am happy to connect with you or your friend about the offering.  You can also learn more at shastaselfcare.org.
